Refund policy

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@buy-kova.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Change of mind, wrong size selected, or any personal reason: return shipping is at the customer's expense. Returns must be sent to our warehouse located in Shenzhen, China. International return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received: KOVA covers all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label.

Lost or missing package: fully handled by KOVA at no cost to the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@buy-kova.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials.

5. Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return for your original order once approved, then place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing time.

6. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. For change-of-mind returns under this right, return shipping costs to our Shenzhen, China warehouse remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@buy-kova.com.
